Working in a highly collaborative and creative environment, you will provide technical support for internal, customer, and C-level executive meetings, ensuring reliable and professional audiovisual (AV) experiences. Responsibilities include performing regular maintenance, software and firmware updates, preventive maintenance, and routine repairs to sustain uninterrupted operation of conference-room equipment. The candidate will proactively identify potential system issues, address client concerns, and recommend practical solutions, including the design and implementation of AV upgrades. They will test, troubleshoot, configure, and document AV solutions for effective end-user operation and ongoing support.\nThis role requires maintaining technical expertise across AV systems, including networks, hardware, software, codecs, audio/video switchers, control systems, and devices such as displays, microphones, and cameras. The candidate will remain current through continuing education and training and will collaborate with manufacturers, vendors, and colleagues in the design, planning, and implementation of AV systems. The individual will establish peer-to-peer mentoring relationships, facilitate team goal setting and problem solving, and demonstrate ownership through a solution-oriented approach to technical challenges.
