Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.\nResponsibilities for this Position\nSeeking a Junior to Mid-Level Electrical Engineer with 2+ years of technical experience to become an integral member of the engineering team dedicated to the development of military-grade electronics the Common Weapon Launcher (CWL) system.\nDuties and Responsibilities \nPart Selection & Qualification: Partner with design and electrical/mechanical engineers early in the product lifecycle to choose optimal components. Review datasheets, run derating and stress analyses, and perform form-fit-function testing.\nSecond-Sourcing & Risk Mitigation: Build dual-source and multi-source strategies to prevent single-source vulnerabilities and supply chain bottlenecks.\nObsolescence & Lifecycle Management: Monitor Product Change Notifications (PCNs), End-of-Life (EOL) alerts, and Not Recommended for New Designs (NRND) notices.
