As DPME, you’ll manage engineers, partner with the program manager, and guide embedded product development from design through delivery. Your work will help ensure products meet demanding security, quality, and performance needs.\nWhat you’ll experience\nLead, support, and develop a team of engineers working on embedded crypto products.\nPartner with the program manager to set priorities, track progress, and resolve issues that could affect delivery.\nBring hardware, firmware, software, and test teams together around a clear engineering plan.\nGuide technical decisions and trade-offs while maintaining a strong focus on security, reliability, and quality.\nCommunicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to partners and leadership.\nWhat you bring to the table\nExperience managing engineers and delivering complex embedded products.\nA working understanding of embedded hardware and software development.\nExperience planning engineering work, managing risks, and helping teams meet program commitments.\nThe ability to make sound decisions with input from technical experts and communicate them clearly.\nWhat sets you apart\nExperience developing high-assurance, security-focused, or cryptographic products.\nFamiliarity with rigorous verification, validation, or compliance requirements.\nExperience with Agile development and EVMS or similar program tracking methodologies\nA leadership style that builds trust, develops people, and helps teams solve difficult problems together.\nSalary Note\nThis estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.).
