Electrical Engineer

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus 6 months relevant experience.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred, but must be obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities,U.S. Citizenship is required.

As an Electrical Engineer (Sr Electrical Engr) for the Torpedo Systems Group, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for applying principles and techniques of electrical engineering to develop, test, and implement electrical components, equipment, and systems. The role involves participating in requirements analysis, design, integration, and verification processes, as well as supporting technical reviews and root cause analysis. The Electrical Engineer works within defined processes and collaborates with project leaders, program managers, and external customers.

• Perform lab testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of electrical hardware
• Support verification and validation activities
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and specifications (MIL-STD, DO-254, etc.)
• Interface with suppliers and vendors for component selection and procurement support
• Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation

Salary Note

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $91,500.00 - USD $96,500.00 /Yr.
