Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.\nResponsibilities for this Position\nCo-op Position Objectives\nWhat you’ll experience:\nRequirements Development: Support the translation of high-level assembly requirements and concepts into clear, implementable, and testable hardware requirements under the guidance of experienced engineers.\nHardware Design and Prototyping: Participate in the design, development, and prototyping of hardware items from subsystem concepts.\nEngineering Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams and subject matter experts to learn design processes, resolve technical challenges, and contribute to project objectives.\nHardware Testing: Assist in developing, documenting, and executing verification test procedures for standalone hardware items. Analyze test data and help communicate results.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve hardware performance, manufacturability, usability, or test processes.
