Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.\nResponsibilities for this Position\nSupport the integration, testing, and troubleshooting of software and hardware systems across Windows and Linux environments. Work with physical and virtual computers, basic networking, and installed software to help ensure systems operate as expected.\nThis position is approximately 80% laboratory integration and 20% fleet support.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLaboratory Integration - Approximately 80%\nSet up and configure computers, virtual machines, software, and network connections using established procedures.\nAssist with integrating system components and checking that they work together correctly.\nPerform testing, collect results, and document issues for engineering review.\nTroubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems with support from engineers.\nMaintain system configuration records, test procedures, and technical documentation.\nCoordinate with developers, integrators, and product owners to support assigned tasks and schedules.\nFleet Support - Approximately 20%\nAssist customers and support personnel with system operation and troubleshooting.\nCollect information about reported issues and help reproduce them in the laboratory.\nSupport testing of corrective actions and communicate results.\nProvide operating instructions and basic maintenance guidance.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES\nWorking knowledge of Windows and/or Linux.\nBasic understanding of computer hardware, virtual machines, and networking.\nAbility to follow test procedures and troubleshoot technical issues.\nAbility to document work clearly and communicate with technical teams and customers.\nAbility to learn system components and understand how they work together.\nAbility to organize assigned work and support team schedules.\nInterest in using approved AI tools to improve technical work and documentation.\nSalary Note\nThis estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.).
