This role will lead a small team and own projects that continue to advance our reporting and insights strategy, modernize HR processes, and deploy AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate blends HR domain knowledge with strong data and technology skills, excels at stakeholder management, and drives measurable business outcomes.\nWhat You’ll Do\nStrategy & Leadership\nExecute against the HR analytics & technology roadmap aligned to HR and business priorities.\nKey role in shaping how HR leverages data, systems, and automation to drive long-term organizational effectiveness.\nLead and develop a team of two to three analysts/HRIS specialists; set goals, coach, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.\nTranslate business needs into data/tech solutions; manage portfolio and prioritize value-driven initiatives.\nAnalytics, Reporting & Data Products\nOwn HR reporting which includes operational dashboards, trusted impactful metrics and insights, and scalable self-service models.\nManage KPIs against benchmarks to continuously measure impact. \nPartner with IT and other stakeholders to optimize data pipelines to provide accurate, reliable, and timely data. \nCommunicate insights and program outcomes to executive audiences.\nEngage with HR partners, leadership, and other stakeholders to drive adoption and impact.\nAI, Automation & Process Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to apply AI responsibly across HR workflows.\nOversee development of dashboards, automations, AI prototypes, and data products.\nPartner with HR COEs, HRBPs, and other stakeholders to re-engineer processes and tools with measurable efficiency and quality gains.\nPartner with HR stakeholders and IT on new HR Technology Solutions. \nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.\n2+ years demonstrated people leadership, coaching, and resource-management experience. Experience leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.\nExperience leading HR technology, analytics, reporting, or automation programs.\nProject management skills relevant to scoping and leading projects. \nAbility to analyze complex situations, summarize critical findings, and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership.\nStrong understanding of HR data, data modeling, visualization, and integration concepts (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).\nExperience with HRIS and HCM platforms, reporting tools, and workflow/automation platforms (PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, or SAP).\n6+ months demonstrated experience using AI to build dashboards, analyze data, uncover best practices and solutions\nKnowledge of data governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI practices. \nSalary Note\nThis estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.).
