You'll be trusted to take a workstream and own the outcome: thoroughly, on time, and with extreme accountability. You will play a critical role in keeping the company's operations running cleanly and moving rapidly as General Matter works to build a domestic supply of enriched uranium and secure America's energy future. The ideal candidate takes pride in flawless execution, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes direction well and runs with it. \nResponsibilities \nChase down business-critical blockers and follow up relentlessly to keep workstreams moving. \nManage vendors across various projects to ensure consistency schedule and timely execution. \nAutomate rote, high-volume tasks using AI and exceptional process management skills. \nCoordinate construction buildout logistics. \nOwn documentation and data hygiene across operational tools. \nMaintain trackers and status updates for assigned workstreams. \nPartner with Operations, Engineering, Security, and Supply Chain to ensure timely execution. \nBasic Qualifications \n5-7years of experience; Backgrounds in banking, operations, GTM, sales, or startups are a plus. \nA demonstrable track record of reliability - you finish what you start. \nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple concurrent workstreams. \nStrong command of spreadsheets, trackers, and ticketing/PO systems. \nProactive, reliable communicator on status. \nBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). \nPreferred Skills and Experience \nExperience in banking, finance, or another high-rigor, execution-heavy environment. \nProcurement or vendor-management experience. \nExperience in energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, nuclear, or other highly regulated industries. \nFamiliarity with compliance frameworks (NIST, NRC, ATO/CATO). \nAdditional Requirements \nAbility to work extended hours and weekends as necessary. \nEqual Opportunity Employer \nGeneral Matter is an Equal Opportunity Employer; employment with General Matter is governed on the basis of merit, competence and qualifications and will not be influenced in any manner by race, color, religion, gender, national origin/ethnicity, veteran status, disability status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, mental or physical disability or any other legally protected status. \nCompensation and Benefits \nThe base salary range for this role is $90,000-$130,000 annually. \nCompensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity. Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and may be adjusted based on market conditions, business needs, or other factors.
