You will manage interview logistics, onsite interviews, and general support of recruiting and hiring teams. You will also have the opportunity to support university recruiting initiatives, sourcing efforts, and more. This is a highly dynamic role requiring the ability to adapt quickly, balance multiple competing priorities, and collaborating closely with teams. The ideal candidate is someone who is keenly detailed-oriented, proactive in getting information needed, and is passionate about delivering a world-class candidate experience. \nResponsibilities\nSchedule and coordinate a high volume of phone, virtual and onsite interviews, including travel coordination, with efficiency and accuracy. \nDeliver an excellent and consistent candidate experience throughout the candidate life cycle. \nCoordinate candidate travel and process candidate reimbursements for travel and related expenses. \nManage onsite candidate visits to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional experience. \nAssist recruiting team in various tasks, including applicant tracking system maintenance, process improvement projects, university recruiting coordination, and sourcing. \nSupport People and Talent Acquisition projects as needed. \nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting coordination experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiting coordination in lieu of a degree.\nProficiencywith applicant tracking systems (ATS) tools.\nPreferred Skills and Experience\nProven ability to manage high-volume scheduling with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. \nExtremely organized and comfortable with frequent prioritization in dynamic environments. \nExcellent verbal and written communication abilities; comfortable and professional in representing the company to candidates across all levels and functions. \nComfortable interfacing directly with hiring managers.\nAbility to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.\nAbility to multi-task and operate with little direction while still being an active team member.\nAdditional Requirements\nAbility to work extended hours and weekends as needed.\nThis position is based in Los Angeles, and requires being onsite full-time - hybrid and remote work will not be considered.\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nGeneral Matter is an Equal Opportunity Employer; employment with General Matter is governed on the basis of merit, competence and qualifications and will not be influenced in any manner by race, color, religion, gender, national origin/ethnicity, veteran status, disability status, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, mental or physical disability or any other legally protected status.\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe base salary range for this role is $28.00-$40.00 hourly.\nCompensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity.
