You will build and analyze optimization, simulation, and other analytical models, translate complex results into practical recommendations, and work with global and India supply chain partners to deliver business value. This is an opportunity to contribute to strategic projects, capability development, and continuous improvement within the supply chain analytics team. This role requires you to operate in 1.30 pm to 10.30 pm shift.\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\nTranslate business questions into analytical problem statements, solution approaches, and measurable success criteria.\nGather, validate, clean, and analyze data; identify data issues and root causes before modeling.\nBuild, refresh, and improve optimization, simulation, predictive, or statistical models to evaluate supply chain opportunities.\nRun what-if scenarios and compare sourcing, production, distribution, inventory, and capacity alternatives.\nInterpret model outputs and communicate clear, quantitative recommendations to business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.\nSupport solution implementation, transition, documentation, training, and ongoing governance.\nContribute to new capability development, process improvements, testing, knowledge sharing, and team learning.\nWorking knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, with the ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions using at least one of the following optimization, statistics, predictive analytics, or simulation.
