Equipment includes baggers, case packers, and cartoners.\nPerform preventive and reactive maintenance activities within capabilities on Bisquick production equipment and assist maintenance as needed with higher-level tasks, including work order creation and defect identification.\nPerform all necessary quality checks of the products produced in the Bisquick department, including HACCP checks, seal tests, weight tests, code dating, metal detector, check weigher, in-line magnets, and code dater checks.\nMaintain written documentation.\nParticipate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance.\nAssist in training new employees\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nHigh school diploma or GED\nAt least 2 years of machine operating experience\nMust possess the ability to understand and effectively communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and others in the workplace regarding work matters (our business is generally conducted in English)\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs\nAbility to stand, walk, climb, bend, push, pull, and twist for extended periods\nWillingness to work in hot, cold, noisy, wet, or dusty conditions\nAbility to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms\nAbility to perform confined space entry in accordance with required safety procedures and training\nAbility to follow human and food safety, quality, and grooming standards\nAbility to wear protective clothing and equipment (Personal Protective Equipment -
