This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys customer leadership, team development, and operating in a fast-paced environment.\nKey responsibilities\nDevelop channel strategy and customer business plans to deliver sustainable growth across assigned accounts\n\nDrive customer strategic planning and align internal resources to support commercial priorities\n\nMonitor execution of customer business plans and ensure high-quality in-market execution\n\nBuild and maintain strong customer relationships with key decision makers\n\nManage customer P&L and optimize customer contribution and profitability\n\nSupport negotiation of trade terms, promotional plans, and trade investment\n\nPartner closely with field operations teams to ensure smooth customer operations and execution excellence\n\nCoach and develop team capability in strategic planning, negotiation, and P&L management\n\nQualifications\n8+ years of FMCG key account or channel management experience\n\nStrong hands-on experience in CVS and E-Commerce\n\nExperience with Costco or broader modern trade is a plus\n\nProven track record in customer management, business planning, and commercial execution\n\nStrong understanding of P&L management, trade terms, and trade investment\n\nBachelor’s degree or above in Business, Communications, or a related discipline\n\nProficiency in
