team of software engineers and technical leads to achieve individual, team, and business goals.\nHire, onboard, and grow talent while building a strong, engaged, and high-performing engineering organization.\nSet clear goals and expectations for team members and lead performance feedback and development discussions.\nPlan, prioritize, and oversee software development work across multiple teams to deliver against commitments.\nReview project scope, requirements, and resource needs to ensure teams are staffed effectively and work is executed efficiently.\nCoach direct reports and strengthen team capability through mentoring, support, and continuous development.\nDrive collaboration, accountability, and strong execution across teams and partner groups.\nManage external vendor support, including contractor onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing engagement effectiveness.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related discipline from an accredited university.\n12 or more years of experience in software development projects.\n5 or more years of experience managing medium to large software engineering teams, including teams of 15 or more.\nHands-on understanding of object-oriented programming and strong system-level knowledge for building end-to-end applications using the .NET technology stack, including C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core, application programming interfaces, and JavaScript.\nExperience with modern web application development using frameworks such as React or Angular.\nProven ability to design and deliver scalable, high-quality, and high-performing applications aligned to business goals.\nStrong understanding of the software development life cycle, engineering best practices, and multiple development and testing methodologies.\nExperience with coding standards, code reviews, unit testing frameworks, application programming interface testing, and continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.\nStrong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.\nWorking knowledge of SQL and database programming.\nStrong communication, people leadership, coaching, and collaboration skills.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience with low-code platforms.\nExperience building cloud-native applications and microservices-based solutions.\nExperience with Google Cloud Platform.\nExposure to modern data and analytics environments, including data warehouse, extract-transform-load, or artificial intelligence and machine learning-related technologies.\nExperience managing vendor-supported delivery models in a global organization.\nExperience using engineering delivery and issue tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.\nDemonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with strong execution and attention to detail.\n\nELIGIBILITY\nApplicants must meet minimum age qualifications in the country in which the
