Infrastructure Engineer I – Integration

OVERVIEW

• Join the Enterprise Integration Technologies team in delivering global world-class Application to Application (A2A) and Business to Business (B2B) EDI and application integration solutions.
• Ownership of data mapping and change control processes, including intake process, standards and best practices for mapping and requirements specifications, peer reviews, etc.
• Partner to provide consulting and technical assistance to business analysts during various phases of projects (small or large initiatives) to assess and understand the business process and their integration needs. Educate clients on the capabilities and standards used to deliver integration solutions.
• The candidate will work closely with EDI and SAP Business Analysts and webMethods Administrators to support, troubleshoot, and ensure smooth operation of business-critical integrations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Experience in webMethods Designer and MWS- Trading Networks, Trading Partner Agreement, Partner Profiles for webMethods 10.x
• Working knowledge on SAP IDOCs ,EDI X12, EDIFACT and other EDI standards.
• Working knowledge on Flat file & XML processing.
• Ability to understand the existing interfaces and quickly fix the issues with good troubleshooting capabilities.
• Should be able to respond to critical bug fixes in webMethods flow services on priority.
• Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with business analysts, partners, vendors, and webMethods administrators to identify root causes and recommend remediations.
• Understand EDI Analyst needs of Enterprise Application Integration.
• Willingness to work in monthly rotational shifts. Flexibility to work in shifts is required (11:00 AM-8:00 PM IST and 3:00 PM-12:00 AM IST).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in webMethods development
• Technical Skills: webMethods Flow language, Designer, MWS and EDI Standards .
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders...

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on root cause analysis and continuous improvement & ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Self-starter, results oriented, able to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
• High initiative with desire to understand General Mills’ business and a willingness to learn and solve business problems.
