This role requires deep expertise in ML, Deep Learning, MLOps, and Agentic AI systems, with the ability to independently lead end-to-end projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Excellence (70%)\nLead full ML lifecycle: problem framing → data prep → modeling → deployment\n\nBuild predictive models (regression, classification, clustering, time-series)\n\nApply statistical and advanced analytics to structured & unstructured data\n\nDevelop scalable ML pipelines and deploy models to production\n\nDesign and implement AI agents using LLMs, RAG, memory, tools, and orchestration frameworks\n\nEvaluate and optimize AI systems using custom metrics and feedback loops\n\nStay current with emerging ML and GenAI advancements\n\nBusiness Partnership (15%)\nTranslate business needs into analytical solutions\n\nCommunicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nDeliver projects on time with defined success criteria\n\nInnovation & Continuous Improvement (10%)\nImprove processes and methodologies\n\nDevelop new analytical capabilities\n\nContinuously upskill in ML and AI best practices\n\nAdministration (5%)\nComplete required trainings and organizational responsibilities\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nEducation: Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field\nExperience: 5+ years building and deploying ML models\nRequired Skills\nStrong ML expertise (feature engineering, validation, ensemble models, neural networks)\n\nProficiency in Python/R (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.)\n\nExperience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or similar\n\nHands-on MLOps, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)\n\nExperience deploying production ML systems\n\nStrong data storytelling and visualization skills (Shiny, Dash, Tableau)\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects independently\n\nPreferred Qualification\n5+ years of experience\n\nBackground in statistics or quantitative sciences\n\nCertifications in R, Python, or SQL\n\nELIGIBILITY\nApplicants must meet minimum age qualifications in the country in which the job is
