Enable trusted metrics, consistent business definitions, dashboards, self-service analytics, and AI-enabled BI capabilities. As an individual contributor, partner with business and Digital & Technology teams to deliver standardized, user-friendly solutions.\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\nDesign and evolve scalable, governed semantic models using Looker, LookML, and BigQuery.\n\nBuild reusable domain and use-case models with clear standards for performance, quality, security, and downstream use.\n\nTranslate business needs into intuitive views, Explores, dimensions, measures, joins, and business logic.\n\nDefine and maintain certified metrics, business terms, metadata, glossaries, guardrails, and test suites.\n\nEnable trusted conversational and agentic BI through governed semantic models and natural-language-ready definitions.\n\nDevelop and optimize SQL and BigQuery solutions using sound dimensional modeling and cost-efficient practices.\n\nLead governance, access controls, security, certification, monitoring, auditing, Git workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD.\n\nPartner with stakeholders to shape BI strategy, clarify business problems, communicate trade-offs, and deliver impactful solutions.\n\nMentor team members and champion BI standards, automation, tool rationalization, and continuous improvement.\n\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited university (full-time) in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.\n\n9+ years of total experience, including 6+ years designing and delivering analytics solutions with business stakeholders.\n\nAdvanced experience with Google Looker, LookML, SQL, and BigQuery;
