Encourage and help facilitate the adoption of new ways of working in End Point Computing.\nAs a trusted advisor for the business, Lead Architect works closely with the operations manager and other members of the delivery team. Create road maps, new trends and how that could be applied to business.\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\nArchitect, Design and Evaluate blueprint for Microsoft SCCM, OSD Imaging, Application packaging & deployment.\nHands-on knowledge on OSD Imaging Task sequences, Autopilot, Driver management, SCCM troubleshooting & infrastructure management, Scripting & Automation (Power shell), Intune etc.\nExperience in Windows server management and troubleshooting\nPartner with stakeholders to define Roadmap and Strategies around various EUC technologies.\nDesigning complex EUC solutions, leading work-streams on transformational programs and ensuring conformance to agreed design standards, methods, and tools, including prototyping new tools and applications where appropriate.\nShaping EUC technical proposals whilst making solution/service trade-offs where appropriate and providing support to our operations team.\nEstablish Windows patch management strategies & guidelines in partnership with stakeholders.\nProvide guidelines & improvements for existing OSD Imaging process & define future roadmap for the same.\nResponsible for researching and streamlining automate deployment, provisioning, policy management, application packaging, deployments, and updates.\nProvide Technical and Operational Governance across the End User Computing environment.\nWork with other technology groups to streamline effective processes and drive continuous improvement for infrastructure, services, and support.\nInteract with vendors (Microsoft) on planning & implementing solutions.\nResolution ownership of technical challenges for SCCM, OSD Imaging, Intune and Application Packaging projects.\nCreate and maintain project related documentation (Business Requirement, Statement of Work, Proof of concept, technical design etc.)\nReview of incidents and root cause analysis, ensure appropriate documentation is in place and updated with latest version.\nExtensive experience in designing & implementing IT strategy, leading teams for successful project implementation while ensuring high-quality customer experience, elevating customer satisfaction in line with SLAs and work processes. Problem solver with a passion for technology; skilled in grasping the big picture, conceptualizing & implementing solutions and partnering closely with leaders & stakeholders \nEnvision and strategize the technology roadmap for specific technology / product \nKeep abreast of developments within the IT Industry and help organization be in line with defined or emerging industry standards \nProvide the highest level of escalation support, investigate and resolve complex user issues / escalations \nProvide customized solutions based on business requirements within the scope of the product design, planning of Technical Designs and RACI \nParticipates in compliance and security reviews as necessary including working closely with internal teams to build security, reliability, and scalability\nIdentifying new process improvements & automation opportunities, requirement gathering from stakeholders \nRetention policies, data governance reports and dashboards, Information holds, import data in the Security and Compliance Center, manage inactive mailboxes \nWorking experience in agile methodology, scrum to drive & deliver the projects in sprints, documentation of work or process & compliance \nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n Education: “Must Have” education level (Bachelor's degree, High School Diploma).\nExperience: 15 to 20 years of SCCM OSD Imaging & upgrade working experience \nTechnical Skills: \nExperience in SCCM infrastructure administration, application packaging & deployment and endpoint patch management using SCCM.\nExperience on Intune integration with on premise SCCM environment to optimize hybrid solution.\nThorough understanding OSD Imaging, Autopilot & Intune, Windows upgrades, PowerShell scripting & SSRS\nMultinational Corporation PC support experience.\nExperienced at designing reports / Dashboards from SCCM and Intune.\nBeyondtrust expertise of encryption model and troubleshooting skills\nSoft Skills:\nStakeholder management - build trust and align technical teams, vendors, and business partners.\ncommunication - explain architecture and trade-offs to both technical and nontechnical audiences, including executives.\nInfluence and negotiation - gain alignment on standards, priorities, and design decisions across teams.\nLeadership and collaboration - facilitate decisions, guide engineers, and lead cross-functional work.\nBusiness and consulting mindset -
