The role acts as the central point of coordination for ontology change management, standards enforcement, health monitoring, and stakeholder communication, while bridging business, data, and engineering teams to translate enterprise needs into robust, high-quality Foundry components.\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:\nOwn the architecture, governance, and strategic direction for shared data and end-to-end capabilities in Palantir.\n\nServe as the senior consultant for enterprise/shared objects, actions, metadata, and architectural exceptions.\n\nDefine ownership, lifecycle, decision rights, and accountability models for shared components.\n\nProvide architectural oversight of Palantir Foundry platform operations, reliability, scalability, and performance.\n\nOwn platform management and governance, including access control, Foundry API-based automation, and administrative support.\n\nProvide product architecture consultation for new solution designs and optimization of existing implementations, aligned with industry’s best practices.\n\nTranslate business requirements into scalable, secure, reusable, and maintainable technical architectures.\n\nLead architecture assessments, design reviews, technology evaluations, and solution recommendations across the Foundry ecosystem.\n\nGuide teams through implementation, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, reference architectures, and governance principles.\n\nIdentify technical risks, dependencies, integration impacts, and opportunities for reuse before execution.\n\nSupport delivery teams in resolving architectural challenges and ensure successful implementation of approved designs.\n\nLead the evaluation and adoption of new platform offerings and releases by assessing capabilities, advocating for change requests, and driving timely, transparent implementation.\n\nDefine and govern enterprise standards for data modelling, ontology design, metadata, security, documentation, and reuse.\n\nDrive adoption of architecture principles and best practices across delivery teams and consuming squads.\n\nEstablish health checks for shared components covering usage, performance, data quality, security, and deprecation needs.\n\nOwn authoritative documentation for end-to-end components, including applications, definitions, ownership, lifecycle, and usage guidance.\n\nMonitor adoption, quality, risk, and technical debt to guide continuous improvement and investment.\n\nCommunicate architectural direction, governance decisions, risks, and business impacts to technical and executive stakeholders.\n\nLead change enablement for major ontology, data-platform, and Foundry capability changes.\n\nFacilitate alignment across product, engineering, data, architecture, security, and business teams.\n\nTranslate business priorities into scalable, reusable, and governed ontology and data-platform capabilities.\n\nPartner with product owners, data stewards, architects, and engineering leaders to establish common enterprise concepts.\n\nEnsure enterprise components support interoperability, scalability, maintainability, and long-term business value.\n\nGuide teams in balancing delivery speed with architectural integrity, platform sustainability, and total cost of ownership.\n\nMentor technical engineers and architects and raise architecture maturity across the organization.\n\nDefine the architecture and priorities for automated workflows, controls, and observability within Palantir Foundry.\n\nSponsor real-time health metrics for proactive management of ontology quality, platform performance, adoption, and risk.\n\nUse operational insights to identify systemic issues, prioritize improvements, and enhance platform governance.\n\nSafeguard platform health through proactive monitoring and analytics, improving visibility, standardization, value realization, and overall system reliability.\n\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nEducation: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.\n\nUnderstanding of Palantir platform capabilities -
