The role is function-agnostic, covering leadership and professional development, core enterprise capabilities, and skills that support the GIC as it grows. The focus is on getting learning delivered well, on time, with strong participation and clear evidence of what it achieved.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Run regular check-ins with stakeholder groups to keep the learning plan current and gather feedback on what is working.
  • Act as the single point of contact for the business on learning requests, timelines and escalations.

Program Planning and Coordination

  • Propose and execute the annual learning plan for the GIC, including priorities, sequencing and resourcing, for sign-off by the Head of Learning, Change and Comms.
  • Manage the learning budget, track spend against plan, and flag variances.
  • Coordinate nominations, scheduling, logistics, venues and facilitator bookings across programs.

Solution Build and Delivery

  • Work with Learning Architects and the global Learning COE to adapt enterprise learning journeys and academies for the GIC.
  • Contract and manage SMEs, vendors and external facilitators, including scoping, quality checks and performance reviews.
  • Facilitate or co-facilitate sessions where required.
  • Make sure learning is practical and usable in the flow of work, using digital, AI-enabled and blended formats where they fit.

Rollout and Adoption

  • Run the rollout of learning programs across the GIC, including nomination drives, manager briefings and reminders.
  • Partner with the Internal Communications team on campaign plans and messaging for each program.
  • Track attendance and completion, follow up on drop-offs, and keep leaders informed on their teams' participation.

LMS, Data and Reporting

  • Own the content governance framework for the Learning Management System (LMS), keeping materials accurate, current and aligned to enterprise standards.
  • Maintain learning dashboards and produce regular reporting on participation, completion, feedback scores and cost.
  • Review the data to spot what needs fixing, and act on it.
  • Write up impact stories and case studies that show what programs delivered.

Team and Ways of Working

  • Manage and develop the Learning Operations team member, setting clear priorities, standards and development goals.
  • Keep processes, templates and documentation in good order so delivery is consistent and repeatable.
