This individual contributor role will partner with D&T teams, business functions, and operating units to define and execute BI architecture, delivering scalable, standardized, and user-friendly data visualization and insights solutions that support business decision-making. The role reports to the D&T Head/Sr. Manager and works closely with Enterprise and BI Architecture teams in an agile environment.\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\nProduct Design, Development & Analytics\nDrive BI architecture, semantic layer strategy, and governance across Looker, LookML, BigQuery, Tableau, and related platforms.\nDesign scalable BI solutions, AI-enabled analytics, dashboards, metrics, and enterprise data models aligned with architecture standards.\nLead AI/GenAI initiatives including RAG, agent architecture, orchestration, knowledge management, and governance.\nEstablish reusable modeling patterns, KPI definitions, Git/CI-CD practices, testing, and change control processes.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges, optimize performance, and deliver user-friendly analytics solutions.\nDevelop prototypes, conduct technology assessments, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards and best practices.\nStrategy & Collaboration\nTranslate complex business problems into actionable BI, semantic modeling, and AI-driven solutions.\nPartner with business stakeholders and product teams to lead BI strategy, engagement, execution, and delivery.\nDefine enterprise standards, reusable frameworks, and tool rationalization strategies.\nLead POCs and technology evaluations considering scalability, security, performance, integration, and cost.\nFacilitate cross-functional collaboration, establish key metrics, and drive data-informed business decisions.\nCoordinate issue resolution, system improvements, and continuous enhancement of BI capabilities.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n15+ years of total experience with 10+ years of relevant experience working experience in Business Intelligence Architecture space (POC, technical assessment, Infrastructure ecosystem, Data Engineering, Data Warehousing)\nDeep experience building enterprise semantic layers (e.g., Power BI DataMart/Composite Models, Cube.js, dbt Semantic Layer, LookML).\nStrong communication skills, capable of translating business requests into technical requirements and articulating the pros and cons of different technologies, platforms, design, and architectural options.\nProficient in data and analytics tools and services preferably in Google Cloud Platform\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nThought-driven leadership to successfully deliver scalable team management and business solutions.\nKnowledge of latest Business Intelligence landscape and other programming language is a plus.\nTakes the initiative to do the right thing -
