Job Overview

Lead the commercialization of new products, packaging changes, renovations, innovations, and HMM initiatives from assessment through launch. The role manages cross-functional projects, ensures supply chain readiness and on-time delivery, and supports business growth and margin improvement in a global matrix organization.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead end-to-end commercialization and ensure launches are delivered on time and aligned with brand strategy, positioning, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Develop and manage project plans, critical paths, milestones, stage gates, status reviews, budgets, documentation, and governance requirements across Run, Improve, and Transform initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and bottlenecks while managing multiple initiatives and maintaining clear stakeholder visibility.
• Coordinate R&D, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain inputs; build alignment, accountability, and execution quality across functions.
• Partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other Supply Chain pillars to ensure readiness across raw materials, capacity, production scheduling, first production, inventory, distribution, and operational risk management.

Required Skills and Experience

• Supply Chain, project management, and/or operations experience, preferably in commercialization or new product launches.
• Strong leadership, change management, influencing, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in ambiguous situations.
• Strong organization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; self-directed and results-oriented.
• Experience working with global, multicultural teams and organizations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of related experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, or Operations.
