The role manages cross-functional projects, ensures supply chain readiness and on-time delivery, and supports business growth and margin improvement in a global matrix organization.\nKey Accountabilities\nLead end-to-end commercialization and ensure launches are delivered on time and aligned with brand strategy, positioning, pricing, and customer requirements.\nDevelop and manage project plans, critical paths, milestones, stage gates, status reviews, budgets, documentation, and governance requirements across Run, Improve, and Transform initiatives.\nIdentify and mitigate project risks, issues, and bottlenecks while managing multiple initiatives and maintaining clear stakeholder visibility.\nCoordinate R&D, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain inputs; build alignment, accountability, and execution quality across functions.\nPartner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other Supply Chain pillars to ensure readiness across raw materials, capacity, production scheduling, first production, inventory, distribution, and operational risk management.\nRequired Skills and Experience\nSupply Chain, project management, and/or operations experience, preferably in commercialization or new product launches.\nStrong leadership, change management, influencing, communication, and collaboration skills.\nAbility to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in ambiguous situations.\nStrong organization, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills;
