Sales Finance Analyst / Analyste Financier Commercial

Principales responsabilités

Business partnering

• Être le bras droit financier d’une partie de la Direction des Clients Nationaux (DCN) : support à la négociation annuelle, chiffrage d’initiatives, aide à la prise de décision.
• Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs SRM (Strategic Revenue Management) : pricing, optimisation promotionnelle, pilotage du mix (channels, clients, produits), PPA (Pack Price Architecture).
• Co-piloter le Commercial Planning Process (CPP) annuel : animation des JBP (joint business plans), définition des objectifs de négociation, préparation des outils de chiffrage
• Renforcer spécifiquement le support au business CHD (Consommation Hors Domicile) : mise en place d’outils de suivi robustes, co-pilotage et aide à la décision.

Clôture mensuelle et reprévisions

• Mener le processus de clôture mensuelle du chiffre d’affaires, de façon fiable et dans les délais : analyse des comptes, passage éventuel de provisions, réconciliations, analyse, et préparation des reportings.
• Être garant du maintien d’un cadre de contrôle interne robuste (respect des impératifs SOX, interface avec les auditeurs internes et externes).
• Préparer les budgets et reprévisions annuelles du chiffre d’affaires pour le marché France : consolidation des hypothèses, mise à jour des modèles financiers, analyse des écarts versus dernier estimé / année précédente / budget, et recommandations de plans d’actions en amont de la Business Review mensuelle avec le COMEX.

Systèmes et amélioration des processus

• Contribuer à la bonne utilisation des systèmes et outils financiers et Trade (XTEL).
• Concevoir et mettre en place un suivi du P&L de General Mills France par client
• Participer aux initiatives d’amélioration continue afin de renforcer l’efficacité, la fiabilité et la transparence des outils.

As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
