ACCOUNTABILITIES\nDevelop and maintain software applications using the .NET technology stack and modern web frameworks.\nTake ownership of complex technical designs and support their implementation across application features and services.\nTake ownership of critical production issues and help drive timely resolution with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new software features and support effective system integration.\nContribute to technical initiatives such as adopting new technologies and improving development processes.\nDrive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for better quality, efficiency, and innovation.\nChampion code quality through coding standards, peer reviews, testing practices, and maintainable design.\nTake ownership of delivered technical solutions, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability.\nContribute to software design discussions, proofs of concept, tool evaluations, and knowledge-sharing across the team.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited university.\n3 or more years of related software engineering experience.\nProven experience in software engineering and full stack application development.\nStrong system-level knowledge for building end-to-end applications using the .NET technology stack, including C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and application programming interfaces.\nExperience with modern JavaScript-based frameworks such as React, Angular, Next.js, or similar technologies.\nExperience designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining scalable applications across multiple layers of the software stack.\nExperience with DevOps practices, continuous integration and continuous delivery, and tools such as GitHub Actions.\nExperience with database technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server or NoSQL platforms.\nExperience with unit testing frameworks and a strong understanding of software engineering best practices.\nStrong understanding of agile ways of working, including task planning, sprint execution, and estimation.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.\nEnthusiasm for emerging technologies, continuous learning, and contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nDegree in computer science or a related technical discipline.\nExperience with low-code platforms.\nExperience with cloud technologies such as Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure.\nExperience with technologies such as .NET Blazor, GitHub Copilot, containers, Python, Next.js, or Tableau.\nInterest in evaluating new tools, building proofs of concept, and applying emerging technologies to business solutions.\nDemonstrated ability to mentor less experienced team members and contribute to the overall technical growth of the
