The role will combine consulting, data harmonization, visualization, AI-enabled insight generation, and strong quality and documentation practices to accelerate business value. This role will be pivotal in advancing ITQ’s AI enabled BI journey by transforming traditional business intelligence into proactive, intelligent experiences through conversational analytics, automated summarization, and smart alerts. This will involve building trusted-governed BI sources and enhancing existing dashboards. This role requires to operate in 9.00 am to 6.00 pm shift.\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\nCore BI & Analytics Skills\nBuild and enhance self-service analytics capabilities using enterprise BI technologies.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable data and analytics solutions through data extraction, transformation, harmonization, modeling, visualization, and AI integration.\nDevelop reusable data models, reporting frameworks, standards, and best practices that improve consistency, governance, usability, and adoption across the organization.\nWork end-to-end from design, develop, and deploy enterprise-standard AI-enabled business intelligence solutions, including conversational analytics, automated insights, smart alerts, guided exploration, and interactive dashboards,\nConduct rigorous testing, validation, quality assurance, and documentation to ensure solutions are accurate, reliable, and fit for business use.\nClearly communicate analytical insights and recommendations while partnering with data engineering, product, and business stakeholders to identify high-value business intelligence opportunities that improve accessibility and decision-making speed.\nData Modeling & Semantic Layer Expertise\nUse SQL, Python, cloud data platforms, and artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) to improve performance, scalability, and automation.\nDesign and deploy AI/ML solutions for business intelligence, including conversational analytics, predictive alerts, and automated summarization, using relational databases, dimensional modeling, semantic layers such as LookML, and modern business intelligence platforms.\nIntegrate data from multiple systems and sources to deliver trusted, business-ready insights that support decision-making.\nStrong understanding of semantic layers, data warehousing, databases, and cross-platform data connections, with proven experience integrating large datasets to derive actionable insights.\nEnhance AI Knowledge and Personal Development\nIdentify new resources and methods, stay updated with emerging business intelligence, analytics, generative artificial intelligence, and data experience capabilities, and apply external insights to advance AI-enabled analytics workflows for ITQ use cases.\nGuide and mentor team members in the development of BI solutions, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices and internal frameworks.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nEducation: Master’s in IT, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or Data Science.\nExperience Minimum 5 years of related experience required, with at least 2-3 years specifically focused on designing, developing, and implementing AI/ML solutions within a Business Intelligence context.\nTechnical Skills:\nData Visualization:\nStrong working experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.\nExpertise in SQL/BigQuery query writing, and visualization best practices.\nProficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Advanced Excel, Tableau, and SQL Server.\nProgramming:\nExpertise in Python with relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLTK, SpaCy) is a plus. experience in LookML is a plus\nSoft Skills:\nCollaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams while working independently, prioritizing multiple projects, and driving tasks to completion with attention to detail.\nCommunicate complex technical information clearly, exercise sound judgment with confidential and proprietary
