We are looking for someone with extensive experience in across the Software development lifecycle and either has prior experience with DevOps or is willing to learn how to develop, integrate and support DevOps CICD systems.\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\nExperience in DevOps tools like GitHub, GitHub Actions, Artifactory, Backstage, HashiCorp Vault and security/quality tools.\nDevelop and enhance CI/CD frameworks to streamline software delivery pipelines.\nSetting up CI/CD pipelines for owned solutions.\nIdentify, design, and implement internal process improvements by automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery for greater scalability, etc.\nImplement policy-as-code, compliance automation, and governance frameworks to ensure security, auditability, and best practices.\nPartner with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to enfor DevSecOps principles and improve software security posture.\nWork with stakeholders including the Product, Developers, Data & Analytics teams and support their infrastructure needs.\nDesign and participate in Disaster Recovery for owned tech stacks.\nParticipate in patching and upgrades of the owned tools\nComply with audit and other reporting requirements.\nLead cultural change for adoption of new technologies.\nInfluence and participate in the transformation process by identifying the likely Hosting topology, approaches and platforms that will be used.\nTranslation of strategy and architecture into a highly available and secure technical implementation, in accordance with best practices.\nContinuous learning and monitoring, and optimization of the cloud implementation for technical and cost efficiencies.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nTotal 6-8 years of experience in designing and implementing Applications.\n3+ years of experience in GitHub/ GitHub Actions, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, HashiCorp Vault, CICD Operations.\n2+ years of experience in GCP and Infrastructure as a code tool like Terraform, Ansible, designing cloud solutions, etc.\nHands-on experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions workflows.\nCoding experience with AI assistance.\nExperience in Gen AI & Agents/Agentic AI.\nProficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, C# or similar languages.\nUnderstanding of Monitoring and Observability Tools like Datadog, Cloud Monitoring.\nExpertise in CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).\nExperience in troubleshooting and debugging deployment pipelines and DevOps toolset.\nStrong knowledge of containerization, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (GCP, Azure) and deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions workflow.\nStrong knowledge on Linux and/or Windows Administration and troubleshooting.\nExperience implementing security best practices (DevSecOps, compliance, policy enforcement).\nFamiliarity in installation and upgrades of systems like JFrog Artifactory, JFrog Xray, HashiCorp Vault.\nExperience in leading small projects as a technical lead.\nAbility to mentor, coach, and uplift a team of DevOps engineers.\nStrong Problem-Solving Skills and good Communication Skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nMaster’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.\nHas significant experience in DevOps implementation and in evolving practices and ways of working through multi-disciplinary teams, business frameworks and culture.\nDevelopment experience on the Microsoft stack, Python, AI skills (coding assistant tools like CoPilot, etc.).\nExperience deploying and running applications on Linux in containers.\nKnowledge of deployment of custom applications written in .NET Core/ .NET Framework, Python on different platforms like Windows servers, Kubernetes, and cloud.\nGoogle Cloud and/or Azure experience.\nGCP Professional Cloud Architect certification, GCP Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer or similar certifications in cloud and DevOps practices.\nExperience with Kafka, API gateways.
