The PMO is part of the Strategy and Operational Excellence Pillar in Supply Chain.\nThe GIC Program Manager manages assigned Supply Chain projects, programs, or workstreams from planning through implementation. This role creates structure, coordinates cross-functional contributors, tracks milestones and dependencies, manages risks and issues, and supports delivery of measurable business outcomes. The GIC Program Manager works closely with cross-functional team members, initiative sponsors, and functional partners to translate approved priorities into executable plans and sustainable results.\nThe individual demonstrates strong project management fundamentals, collaboration, communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to work effectively across businesses, functions, cultures, and time zones.\nKey Accountabilities\nProgram delivery\nManage assigned projects or workstreams using the PMO project management framework and Run, Improve, Transform processes.\nEstablish and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and action logs.\nCreate structure and momentum in ambiguous situations by clarifying next steps, owners, and timing.\nCoordinate cross-functional project team members and facilitate working sessions, status meetings, and delivery checkpoints.\nTrack progress against scope, timeline, resources, and quality expectations; identify variances and recommend corrective actions.\nEscalate risks, issues, and decisions through the appropriate governance path.\nStakeholder leadership\nBuild effective working relationships with project team members, functional partners, and initiative sponsors.\nCommunicate status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and upcoming milestones clearly and consistently.\nFacilitate alignment across stakeholders and help resolve issues within assigned areas of responsibility.\nPrepare concise updates, analyses, and recommendations for project governance and leadership discussions.\nCollaborate effectively across global teams, cultures, and time zones.\nPMO capability building\nApply PMO standards, templates, tools, and governance consistently across assigned work.\nMaintain accurate project documentation and data in the designated PMO systems.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify processes, improve visibility, and strengthen delivery practices.\nShare lessons learned and effective practices with the broader PMO community.\nContinue building project, program, business, and Supply Chain expertise\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree\n10+ years of relevant experience, including project or program management experience.\nSelf-managing, results oriented and capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously\nDemonstrated global collaboration, cross-cultural communication, time-zone coordination, and strong written documentation.\nExperience managing projects or workstreams with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and deliverables.\nWorking knowledge of project management practices, including planning, risk and issue management, status reporting, change control, and governance.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP certification would be added advantage\nExperience managing End to End (E2E) supply chain initiatives\nExperience leading HMM efforts\nExperience work with Plant, Operating Unit, or Pillar initiatives\nExperience with change management, business readiness, or adoption activities\n\nELIGIBILITY\nApplicants must meet minimum age qualifications in the country in which the job is
