Job Description Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as onsite. this means the successful candidate to report to the GM office full time. Your Role: We are looking for a Junior Production Engineer to support day-to-day assembly operations within our CKD manufacturing environment. In this entry-level role, you will work with experienced production engineers and cross-functional teams to help maintain production flow, improve line performance, resolve operational issues, and uphold quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable working on the shop floor, and motivated to contribute to continuous improvement and daily production targets. What You'll Do: Support production teams in monitoring daily output, line performance, downtime, and production plan attainment. Help identify production constraints and escalate issues to the appropriate manufacturing, quality, maintenance, or planning team. Assist with line balancing, workstation reviews, manpower planning, and improvements to material and operator flow.
