# RESS Battery Process Engineer

Job Description Work Location: We are looking for Process Engineer to join our Spring Hill Battery Assembly manufacturing team with an emphasis on testing equipment. The successful candidate will work within the Battery Assembly Manufacturing Engineering (ME) organization in any or all of the Battery Assembly areas (Pack Main Line or Super Phase Module lines). Job Description: The successful candidate will work directly with Production Leadership in designing, implementing and maintaining Lean Manufacturing systems. The main purpose of the Manufacturing Battery Assembly Engineer is to provide professional technical knowledge, results and behaviors in the environment of new RESS manufacturing systems to sustain or increase safety, quality, throughput and efficiency. The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment is critical to succeed in this role.
