Elevate quality and engineering efficiency within our codebases. \nCollaborate with stakeholders across the organization including product, design, and other engineering functions. \nMentor engineers earlier in their technical career to help them grow. \nExplore new technologies and enrich our technological stack. \nActively participate in technical discussions and deep dives with architectural group.\nYour Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)\n5+ years of hands-on backend software development \nExperience in building production-quality, highly performant and scalable distributed systems and Service-Oriented architecture \nExperience in one of the JVM languages Java / Scala / Kotlin + SpringBoot. \nExperience in writing high quality production code that is tested thoroughly, supported by clear documentation and has appropriate production observability \nStrong CS fundamentals, including OO concepts, data structures, algorithms, and systems architecture \nSolid understanding and experience with NoSQL and relational DB \nEmpathy with users internal and external, and a strong customer focus \nStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. \nWhat Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)\nStrong product focus and acumen. \nExperience working independently and drive features or components throughout the development lifecycle \nExperience with at least one of the public cloud providers Azure, AWS, GCP \nExperience with IoT stack is a big plus \nBS/MS/PhD in Computer Science/Engineering preferred \nCompensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws. The salary range for this role is $153,200 - $269,200.
