We are motivated by a future with ZERO crashes, ZERO emissions, and ZERO congestion.\n What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)\nSupport the controls integration of automated driving platforms and applications.\nBecome an expert in vehicle controls systems for automated driving platforms and applications\nQuickly triage and address software integration issues\nSupport vehicle build events, program milestones, and other special initiatives\nConduct testing and data analysis for automated driving features & performance\nVerify and update vehicle software to an approved software configurations for test, validation, and issue resolution\nSupport the development of virtualization tools to reduce integration dependencies on vehicle hardware\nYour Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)\nBachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related Bachelor of Science degree\n2+ years of experience in Controls Development, Vehicle Integration, or Validation\nExperience with embedded software programing languages (Python, C, C++, etc.)\nAbility to communicate well cross-functionally\nDemonstrated ability to learn new tools and solve complex problems\nLooks for opportunities to disrupt status quo & introduce new tools and techniques\nLooks for opportunities to drive virtualization from in vehicle learnings \nPreferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)\nMasters degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related degree\nExperience with Autonomous Vehicle Control, Active Safety, Electrification, etc.\nExperience with VCU/Android Ap development\nExperience with Fluent Bit and back office infrastructure\nFamiliar with the Global Vehicle Development Process\nProficient with agile software development process\n2+ years of professional experience\nWe believe work-life balance is essential to a team member’s success and job satisfaction. It is based on what a successful applicant might be paid in accordance with applicable state laws.
