In these roles, you will contribute to the development, deployment, and support of reliable, scalable data platforms and cloud services that enable business-critical products, applications, analytics, and engineering workflows. You will work alongside experienced software, data, and cloud engineers to build services and\ntools for data ingestion, processing, storage, serving, and platform automation. This is an opportunity to grow your software-engineering skills while gaining hands-on experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and large-scale data platforms.\nWhat You’ll Do\nContribute to the development, deployment, and improvement of data and cloud services.\nLearn and apply operational-excellence practices, including service-level objectives and indicators, monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, and incident response.\nCollaborate with software, data, ML, and cloud engineers to understand user needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and help build self-service capabilities.\nImplement features and technical projects from design through testing, deployment, and support, with guidance from senior team members.\nParticipate actively in sprint planning, code reviews, design discussions, documentation, and retrospectives.\nWrite maintainable, well-tested code and help improve the reliability, performance, cost efficiency, and usability of team services.\nDevelop familiarity with cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, observability, and the full operational lifecycle of production systems.\nBuild knowledge of the tools, architectures, and data workflows that support our technology ecosystem.\nYour Skills & Abilities\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or another relevant field; or equivalent real-world experience.\n0-2 years of software-engineering experience, including internships, co-op experience, academic projects, or equivalent hands-on work.\nFoundational proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, C++, Go, or Python.\nUnderstanding of software-engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, testing, version control, and code review.\nFamiliarity with developing or supporting services, applications, or data-processing systems.\nExposure to at least one major public cloud provider, such as Azure, GCP, or AWS, through coursework, projects, internships, or professional experience.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and learning skills.\nInterest in contributing to reliable, scalable systems and supporting services in a production environment.\nWhat Can Give You a Competitive Advantage\nFamiliarity with distributed systems, APIs, microservices, containers, or cloud-native development.\nExposure to deployment automation, monitoring, logging, metrics, or other observability practices.\nAcademic, internship, or personal-project experience related to autonomous vehicles, robotics, machine learning, or large-scale data platforms.\nCompensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only.
