Was dich bei uns erwartet:

  • Du übernimmst den First- und Second-Level-Support für Kunden, Vertrieb und andere interne Bereiche

  • Du betreust die Bereiche Kataloge, DMS-Systeme, Schnittstellen und andere von AAG Angebote Tools

  • Du nimmst Supportanfragen per Telefon, Ticketsystem und E-Mail an und bearbeitest diese

  • Du leitest Supportanfragen an betroffene Abteilungen und Dienstleister weiter

  • Du kümmerst dich um die Anlage und Verwaltung von Zugängen und Accounts für Neu- und Bestandskunden, Bearbeitung von Kündigungen

  • Du unterstützt Kunden bei Zertifizierungsprozessen, Dokumentation und Abrechnung von Zertifizierungen

  • Du übernimmst die Schulung von Kunden und Mitarbeitenden in unseren Katalog- und DMS-Systemen

  • Du pflegst das internen Wissensmanagements in Sharepoint

  • Du führst weitere interner Aufgaben, insbesondere Lizenzverwaltung und -abrechnung durch

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen, technischen oder IT-Bereich - oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (auch Quereinsteiger mit relevanter Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder E-Commerce sind wilkommen)

  • Du arbeitest Service - und Lösungsorientiert

  • Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Kunden

  • Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert

  • Du besitzt fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
