Was dich bei uns erwartet:

  • Du berätst unsere Kunden am Telefon und an der Theke

  • Du bist zuständig für den Verkauf von Kfz-Zubehör und Ersatzteilen

  • Du bist für die Bearbeitung und Klärung von Reklamationen zuständig

Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung idealerweise aus dem Kfz-Handwerk

  • Du bringst Berufserfahrung in einem entsprechenden Tätigkeitsfeld mit; Erfahrung in der Kraftfahrzeugteilehandelsbranche wünschenswert

  • Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
