About the role:
Your role as a Retail Coordinator is to create & manage promotion displays, product placement, merchandising, store presentation, & customer service, assisting customers at the counter & in the showroom.
Other aspects of the role include:
Always display a safety focus to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers
Provide friendly, accurate service & advice to Repco customers
Maintain store standards, including presentation & merchandising, planogram changes, dressing the store & in-store promotions
Process stock; receive, dispatch & store + ensure showroom is well stocked
Be an enthusiastic, cooperative & collaborative team member
Roll up your sleeves to receive, dispatch, and put away stock. (This is a hands-on role that involves lifting, bending, and climbing as part of your day)
Use your creative flair for merchandising to contribute to the best customer experiences through effective presentation and placement of products.
