the AM Competence Center, we are looking for a professional to support the Head of the AM Competence Center in the following key responsibilities:\nUltimately support the Head of Group audit in the supervision of audit activities - with respect to the entire Audit Value chain - carried out in the Asset Manager delegated by the Group Insurance Companies and in other Group Asset Managers controlled by Generali Investments Holding or outside the perimeter of Generali Investments Holdings (i.e. Lion River);\nWhere applicable, provide support ultimately to the Head of Group Audit for the execution of direct audit activities on the Group Asset Managers, in accordance with the audit rights established by the Investments Management Agreements and other agreements;\nSupport the execution in terms of steering and coordination of Group thematic audit, involving Group Asset Managers;\nProvide advises and analysis related to the Asset Management business;\nPreparation of the periodical reporting on audit results and supervision activity.\nMaster’s Degree in Business Administration/Accounting or Finance;\nPrevious experience at least 10 years in internal or external audit, or other control functions, possibly in a financial institution (insurance company, asset management or banking);\nKnowledge of corporate governance, regulatory environment, investments for insurance and asset management business;\nTechnical knowledge of investments and asset management (including real estate and real assets in general), finance and internal control processes;\nKnowledge and ability to evaluate and enhance internal control processes and capability of performing risk assessment and execute audits;\nInternational mindset and availability to travel abroad;\nGood knowledge of computer work and advanced command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point);\nItalian and English working proficiency.\nManagerial skills:\nAnalytical, precision in execution of the assigned tasks with presentation skills and ability both to write in a clear and concise manner and to manage time in an effective manner;\nCommitment to continuous learning and willingness to keep up to date on new developments in the audit field;\nComfortable to deal with and able to communicate effectively within the Audit Team and Auditees;\nSelf-motivated and able to work independently;\nIntegrity in performing the assigned tasks;\nFlexibility to changes and capability of management simultaneous tasks;\nTarget oriented especially in stressed condition;\nHigh level of confidentiality considering the type and number of information collected during the audit activity.\nNice to have:\nAny other foreign languages (French / German);\nExperience with forensic auditing and professional certification
