Intelligence & Research\nMonitor market trends in sustainable finance, thematic strategies, ESG product innovation and regulation.\nPerform quantitative analyses on ESG and financial performance, fund characteristics, and competitive positioning.\nContribute to research papers, internal reports, and presentations for senior management and Group clients.\nSupport the identification of new opportunities for sustainable investment solutions.\nGovernance, Internal and External regulations\nCollaborate with investment teams, product specialists, Generali Investments Affiliates and other Group functions.\nUpdate and monitor the implementation of the sustainability governance measures across Generali Investments.\nClosely monitor regulatory evolutions related to sustainable finance (e.g. SFDR, Mifid II, Benchmark regulation) and participate to industry associations meetings.\nDegree in Quantitative Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.Degrees in finance and economics will be kept in consideration.\n1-3 years of experience in asset management,ESG analysis,fund analysis, quantitative research, or similar roles.\nStrong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data processing and modelling.\nFamiliarity with ESG frameworks, sustainability metrics, and data providers (e.g., Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg ESG, MSCI, Sustainalytics).\nProficiency in Excel and at least one programming language (Python, R, SQL, or similar).\nStrong communication skills and ability to translate complex analyses into clear
