You will develop a complete understanding of the components of the compensation cost in the various Countries where GOSP operates, always comparing top-down assumptions with bottom-up evidence from accounting information.\nYou are passionate about striking the right balance between synthesis and analysis in your reports, adapting your approach to different audiences. You combine transparent communication with accuracy and a strong commitment to continuously improving tools, processes over time.\nKey responsibilities of the role will include:\nManage the Forecast-Budget-Plan operation related to compensation costs\nAnalyze salary growth, hiring and retirements per Country, and provide evidence-based insights to support forecasting activities\nMaintain the cost center (SAP) and cost object (Tagetik) structure up to date with the evolution of the organizational structure of the company\nSupport the Unit Head and the Department Head in forecasting compensation cost impacts related to organizational initiatives and business transformation projects, (e.g., establishment of new branches, joint ventures, insourcing projects)\nCollaborate with Planning & Control and Pricing colleagues across the Finance Division, to ensure alignment of calendars and formats\nContribute to the continuous improvement of reporting tools, analyses and planning processes to increase alignment and granularity of the analysis\n5+ years of experience in planning & control\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field\nItalian language proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken)\nEnglish language proficiency at B2 level (written and spoken)\nExperience working on compensation cost planning & control\nSolid command of Microsoft Excel\nExperience in complex international environments is a plus\nWhat we offer\nWe offer employment at the V level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.\nGross annual salary ranging between 35K€ and 45K€.
