network;\nMonitor commercial performance and business trends.\nMaster’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or other scientific/technical disciplines;\nAdvanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite;\nGood command of written and spoken English;\nStrong knowledge of the Italian insurance market, including the main life insurance and pension products, as well as the relevant regulatory framework (IVASS, IDD, COVIP and Product Oversight & Governance).\n7 years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Development or Project Management roles within the insurance, bancassurance or wealth management industry;\nProven experience in managing Life Insurance, Multi-Branch, Unit-Linked, Pension and/or Protection products.\nNice to have:\nKnowledge of non-life insurance products;\nAbility to work independently, with a strong results-oriented approach;\nStrong problem-solving skills;\nAbility to effectively manage priorities and multiple activities simultaneously;\nStrong organizational and project management skills;\nStrong analytical and synthesis skills;\nTeam-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively across
