assess potential risks and opportunities; review and synthesize complex regulatory and legislative documentation; and prepare analyses, position papers, briefing notes and internal updates for the Head of Public Affairs & Corporate Relations, the General Counsel of Generali Investments Holding and Senior Management. \nSupport the definition, prioritization and implementation of advocacy strategies aimed at promoting Generali Investments’ interests with policymakers, regulators and industry stakeholders. \nSupport the Head of Public Affairs & Corporate Relations in the management of relationships with relevant industry associations and forums, including EFAMA, Assogestioni, IIF, Insurance Europe and other relevant organizations. \nSupport the Head of Public Affairs and the General Counsel in coordinating interactions with supervisory authorities, preparing analyses, briefing materials and follow-up actions in cooperation with relevant internal functions. \nSupport the organization and coordination of Generali Investments’ participation in institutional events, industry conferences, roundtables and working groups, including agendas, briefing materials, logistics and follow-up actions. \nContribute to consultation responses, policy papers and industry position documents by analyzing complex regulatory proposals in cooperation with internal subject-matter experts and external stakeholders, including responses to relevant consultations launched by ESMA, the European Commission and other authorities. \nContribute to the maintenance of a high-quality network of relationships with national and European institutions, trade associations, think tanks, regulatory authorities and other relevant market participants. \nSupport the development and management of stakeholder-mapping and engagement programs, identifying priority stakeholders, engagement objectives, contact plans and follow-up actions. \nCollaborate with internal functions, including Legal, Compliance, Risk, Investments, Sustainability and Group Insurance Public Affairs, to ensure consistent positioning and effective execution on key policy topics. \nSupport institutional communication and crisis-communication activities on regulatory and policy matters, working with Corporate Communications, Legal and Compliance to ensure accurate, timely and consistent messaging. \nContribute to the definition of GIH’s ESG and sustainable-finance priorities in the context of public policy and regulatory developments, in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders. \nAct as secretary to the GIH Public Affairs Committee, coordinating agendas, materials, minutes and follow-up actions. \nMaster’s degree (Laurea Magistrale), preferably in Law, Economics, Political Science, International Relations or Social Sciences. \n5-8 years of overall professional experience of which at least 3 years in public affairs roles. With a significant experience in regulatory advocacy, policy or government relations, gained in a financial-sector industry association (e.g., asset management, banking or insurance), law or consulting firm, asset manager, think tank, regulatory body or European institution (e.g., the European Commission, European Parliament, ESMA or EIOPA). \nExperience in analyzing and interpreting legislative and regulatory developments at EU level, including drafting responses to public consultations and industry position papers. \nGood understanding of the European legislative and policymaking process \nSound knowledge of the Italian and European regulatory framework applicable to the asset management industry, including regulations on sustainability, capital markets and investor protection. \nProficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, together with strong familiarity with AI tools. \nFluent Italian and English, both written and spoken;
