The candidate must demonstrate direct, hands-on coding experience on both frontend and backend codebases.\nDemonstrated hands-on experience in application security: OAuth2, OpenID Connect, secure design patterns, OWASP best practices.\nExperience in the insurance or financial services industry, or in similarly regulated and complex enterprise environments (e.g., banking, healthcare, telecommunications), is strongly preferred.\nExperience working in international, multi-country delivery programs with distributed teams.\nKnowledge of the English language (CEFR B2 reference level or
