When something creates friction, you’ll be close enough to spot it and empowered to fix it.\nWhat you’ll own\nKeeping interviews moving. Coordinate interviews across teams and time zones, manage complex interview loops, and resolve scheduling conflicts before they become delays.\n\nMaking candidates feel looked after. Be a reliable point of contact for scheduling, preparation, and logistics. Make sure every candidate knows what happens next.\n\nOwning the onsite candidate experience. Welcome candidates, prepare interview rooms, coordinate interviewers, and keep the day running smoothly. Be present and available throughout their visit, handling last-minute changes and making every candidate feel expected and looked after.\n\nKeeping the process accurate. Maintain clean records in Ashby, keep interview plans and candidate stages up to date, and follow up on missing feedback with recruiters and hiring managers.\n\nMaking the operation better every week. Spot recurring bottlenecks, improve templates and scheduling workflows, and introduce practical automations that save time.\n\nConnecting recruiting to onboarding. Partner with People and Operations to make the transition from accepted offer to first day clear and well coordinated.\n\nYou’ll thrive here if\nYou’ve coordinated recruiting, complex schedules, events, or other operations where timing and attention to detail matter.\n\nYou can manage several moving pieces at once and keep people informed when priorities change.\n\nYou communicate clearly and warmly.
