You'll keep the practice running smoothly by supporting Partners, the Senior Management Team and the wider team across daily operations. The role calls for strong organisational and communication skills and a blend of operational and administrative expertise.\nKey responsibilities\nGeneral practice support: Provide administrative support to Partners, the SMT and the team. This includes organising meetings, maintaining filing and contractor databases, and helping with project proposals.\nMeetings and events: Manage and coordinate team-building activities and practice events, such as the annual strategy off-site and joining and leaving functions.\nTravel: Work with the travel agent to arrange staff and sub-consultant travel, including visas, accommodation, insurance, duty of care and travel risk tracking.\nHR support: Assist with recruitment administration. Set up and coordinate induction for new hires.\nPractice compliance: Coordinate Partner sign-off on key documents, and make sure client and subcontractor contracts are in place before project work begins.\nFinance administration: Support timesheets, staff claims, and expenses. Follow up on invoices and subcontractor payments, and assist with project set-up and closure on the finance system.
