Genesis co-founds technology businesses across Central and Eastern Europe and is regularly recognized as one of the best employers in Ukraine.\nWho we are looking for\nWe are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow TrueETHICAL’s cybersecurity services business in Tier 1 markets: finding new opportunities, acquiring clients, building long-term relationships, and closing deals. This role is about a clear strategy, a structured approach, and measurable business results.\nAbout the team\nYou will be the first Business Development Manager dedicated to TrueETHICAL and will build its B2B sales direction in cybersecurity from the ground up. You will represent TrueETHICAL to clients and partners in Tier 1 markets, where trust, deep expertise, and precision decide the outcome. You will have the support of Genesis and one of the strongest BD networks in the region.\nWhat you will do:\nAcquire new B2B clients in Tier 1 markets and find new revenue opportunities to meet agreed sales targets;\nSell TrueETHICAL’s cybersecurity services by clearly communicating their business value;\nSet up meetings and deliver presentations tailored to each client’s business needs;\nNegotiate commercial terms and guide clients through every stage of the sales cycle;\nBuild long-term relationships with clients and partners as their key point of contact for all service-related matters;\nKeep CRM records accurate and the sales pipeline up to date;\nBuild a systematic approach to business development and propose initiatives that deliver measurable results.\nWhat we’re looking for:\n3+ years in B2B sales or business development in IT services or B2B tech;\nExperience running the full cycle of complex B2B deals with long sales cycles, from lead generation to closing;\nStrong negotiation and presentation skills;\nSolid command of B2B sales methodologies and pipeline management;\nExperience building or refining a sales strategy and running it independently, with a focus on outcomes rather than activity volume;\nEnglish at C1 or higher, enough for business negotiations.\nNice to have:\nDeep understanding of the cybersecurity and IT infrastructure market and its trends;\nA track record of entering new international markets and working with Enterprise clients;\nAn established professional network in Tier 1 markets.\nWhat we offer:\nModern office with lounge areas, lunches, and snacks;\nFlexible working hours;\nHealth insurance;\n20 paid vacation days per year and unlimited sick leave;\nProvision of all necessary hardware and equipment;\nCompensation for professional training, access to an internal educational platform, and lectures;\nCorporate events and networking;\nCorporate discounts.\nHelping Ukraine\nThe Genesis for Ukraine foundation was created in April 2022 in response to the full-scale invasion and the need for systematic, long-term action.
