Description is an entry-level position focused on supporting finance teams while learning core accounting functions under the supervision of qualified accountants.\n\nCore Responsibilities\n\nBookkeeping & Data Entry: Record financial transactions, post journal entries, and maintain general and fixed asset ledgers.\nAdministrative Assistance: Handle filing, respond to client or internal inquiries, and track accounting deadlines.\nMonth-End & Reporting Support: Help prepare month-end close documents, financial statements, and basic cash flow or management reports.\nCompliance & Audits: Organize financial documents for internal and external audits, and assist with VAT or tax return preparations.\nReconciliations: Assist in reconciling bank statements, vendor/customer accounts, and monthly general ledger accounts.\n\nKey Qualifications & Requirements\n\nTechnical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems (such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP).\nEducation: A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.\nCompetencies: Strong attention to detail, good numerical and analytical abilities, basic knowledge of GAAP or IFRS principles, and high integrity for handling confidential data.\nProfessional Development: Active progress toward or willingness to study for a
