*Job Description*

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Program Director to oversee daily operations, logistics, and team leadership for a growing family-support nonprofit. The ideal candidate is bright, hands-on, and passionate about helping others-comfortable balancing high-level strategy with on-the-ground support. This role requires flexibility, creativity, strong communication skills, and availability to work some evenings and weekends.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Oversee and manage daily operations and staff

Provide leadership and support across departments to ensure program success

Coordinate event logistics, scheduling, and implementation

Ensure smooth delivery of services and effective team communication

Maintain and improve organizational systems and workflows

Represent the program in high-level planning and external communication

Work with leadership to develop new initiatives and expand impact

*Qualifications*

3+ years of experience in program management, operations, or nonprofit leadership

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Demonstrated creativity and initiative in a fast-paced environment

Available for flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends

Passionate about community service and making a difference
