Our 24-hour, ultra-modern facility is equipped with state of the art injection molding machines designed to guarantee reproducible and dependable products of the highest quality.\nWe are looking for a 3rd Shift Lead Operator to perform various responsibilities including but not limited to having knowledge of packaging equipment and automation, can trouble shoot equipment, and can lead the operators. You will also need to be self-motivated to take on daily tasks that are essential to keeping production running. This role is essential to ensuring production runs are processing efficiently according to stringent QC standards. \n\nEssential Functions:\nHigh degree of knowledge and experience with packaging equipment, labeling system and automation\nThe ability to trouble shoot certain pieces of equipment on the floor\nExcellent communicator, leads by example, team-oriented\nBagging, packaging & shrink-wrapping finished product\nCan work independently to resolve and reconcile issues\nHelp develop more effective and efficient work flow processes\nMonitoring of parts to ensure the highest quality packaged goods\nPerform cleaning and general maintenance of work area and equipment\nMinor and/or basic troubleshooting of machines\nCan train Operator I and Operator II employees\nCommunicate and strategize with multiple departments and positions to maximize both short-term and long-term workflow processes.\nOther related duties as required\nAdditional Responsibilities:\n\nJob Qualifications: General Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA’s) required \nHigh school diploma\nBroad understanding of the plastics/resins used\nAbility of delegate assignments to the Operators\nTeamwork\nSelf-motivated\nDetail Oriented\nAbility to lift 30lbs\nAbility to stand for long periods of time\nShift Lead Operators are responsible for shift scheduling of Operators, working with Injection Mold Shift Coordinators, QC, and Operations to ensure proper coverage.\nWe Offer:\nCompetitive Salary\nMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance\nShort and Long Term Disability -
