We are hiring for Full Time! \n\nThe Line Cook will assist in the food preparation and with any requests the Executive Chef has, as well to provide an outstanding customer service to the clientele. \n\nEssential Functions:\nFollows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications\nExecutes service and production of food products for all/any areas of the kitchen\nRecognize quality standards in fresh vegetables, fish, dairy, and meat products\nAssists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, and all storage areas\nPerforms additional responsibilities as requested by the Kitchen Manager\nMaintain assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition\nHandle food in a manner that is consistent with local health department guidelines\nFollow proper food handling techniques and coordinates the use of time, material and equipment to avoid waste and unnecessary expense\nMaintain acceptable standards of personal hygiene\nComply with department’s dress code\nFollow safety regulations, reporting injuries or any unsafe conditions and work practices to the supervisor\nAttend in-service training and education sessions as assigned\nAbility to work a variety of shifts including weekends, mornings, evenings.\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.\nWell developed and multi-tasking, organizational skills, and detailed oriented.\nAbility to work in fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.\nCandidate must be dependable and reliable.\n\nPhysical Demands: Physical, Mental and workplace Environment Conditions\nThe employee is regularly required to use hands to handle or feel;
