including monthly standing orders.\nMaintains database of test supplies and documentation shipped to each client and to sales force, including monthly standing orders.\nProvides reporting to management regarding weekly shipments.\nProvides timely delivery tracking information to Sales Support Staff, Facility Manager and Director of Operations for all shipments. \nProperly files/maintains all records regarding Shipping/Receiving operations.\nMaintains a safe & clean work environment.\nAssists Mailroom Clerk with mail processing as workload dictates.\nActs as back-up for Mailroom Clerk.\nProvides/delivers inventory of copy/printer paper for all MDL copiers and printers.\nPicks up and shreds company documents marked for shredding.\nPerforms other similar or related duties as required or assigned.\n\nJob Qualifications: General Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA’s) required \nMust be computer literate\n\nPhysical Demands: Physical, Mental and workplace Environment Conditions\nLifting up to 70 lbs. and reaching.\n\nWorking Conditions: Workplace Environment Conditions\nWill be working in a mail room or warehouse\n\nEducation and Experience: \nHigh School/GED\n0-6
