As an Associate Software Developer within the Genesys Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) portfolio, you will contribute across the full stack, building scalable backend services with Kotlin, Spring Boot, AWS Lambda, and cloud technologies, alongside intuitive frontend experiences using TypeScript, Vue.js, HTML, and CSS/LESS.\nYou will work with experienced engineers, product managers, designers, and cross-functional partners to turn product needs into reliable software used in enterprise environments. AI-assisted development tools will be part of your engineering workflow, helping you accelerate learning, improve productivity, troubleshoot problems, and deliver high-quality software responsibly.\nYour work will directly influence the reliability, usability, performance, and scalability of Workforce Management experiences.
